    Very creative atmosphere, people are passionate about their work and the culture shows that.


    Often wonder if the big company structure works well for game development and workforce planning. There have been rounds of layoffs in various studios that could be avoided with better workforce planning.

    Work/life balance is key as well as good workforce planning for your employees.
