    I worked at Elevate TS


    Small company. Everyone knows everyone intimately. Once a year or so they hold company gatherings.


    The managing partners often don't go to work. Their expectation of staff is to "do as I say not as I do". They have continuously lowered commission for sales and recruiting staff and the amount of job requisitions they get is very low for a staffing company. Moral is awful. Recruiters are very junior and inexperienced and sales staff is complacent and un-motivated. Privately everyone there is looking for a new opportunity or has a second job. There has been enormous turn over in a short time. I can not recommend this company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Lead by example. Hire seasoned sales and recruiting staff. See this company, it's flaws and it's low moral clearly. Better performance by management would lead to acknowledgment that the staff needs more training, moral infusion and encouragement. Sales staff is awful which leads to low job requisitions. Recruiters need to be turned over as they are very junior.
