Good Salary-decent schedule flexibility however, there are times when you just can't take time off. Rarely could get in my vacations due to promotional schedule which meant you just loose the time off.
When you divide your salary by the actual hours you have to work to get the job done you'll make about the same as a freelancer. Work/life balance is non existent. If you truly love the business and have no family its an awesome job.
Advice to Management
Look to other companies that "have it right" Try being proactive instead or reactive. Being reactive cuts the company's credibility
