    Flexible schedule, descent salary, good benefits, plenty of in services, good company to advance education.

    Cons

    More support from upper management. More training fir new hires.

    Advice to Management

    When employees is complaining of lack of support from supervisor take the time to investigate the complaint especially when its coming from more than one site. Also billers need more options for advacement. When I started in the company the Florida office was excellent for training and fair..When I was assign under a different office my supervisor was good however her suoervisor did not support the employee nobe what so ever..
