I have been working at Emdeon full-time (more than 10 years)

Old management that puts you in a position and you knew that you were put there because they believed in you. It was a great feeling.

I was employed just over 17 years with this company. They started as a family owned business and it was the best job ever. However once the word got around how great the company (Expressbill) was, the larger companies swept in and tried to buy us.

We were owned by 5 different companies until Emdeon purchased us. The first year was ok, but then they started with the outsourcing to India. Hiring new programmers from there, and treating the ones that made the company like crap.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To be more cautious when evaluation a employee. Remember that they are just like you - human. They will make mistakes and it's up to you as a manager to analyze, plan and resolve issues as a team. You'll get so mush more from them in the long run.

    Doesn't Recommend
