    I have been working at Emdeon full-time (More than 5 years)


    People can be great, depending on the division.


    LOTS of bureaucracy, lots of politics, lots of silos, lots of fear of outsourcing in some departments.

    Advice to Management

    Be more open, tell us what you're planning instead of platitudes and buzzwords, get rid of the bureaucracy BS, and replace the 15 ticket systems. And not outsourcing everyone in IT would be nice.
