Great people, good benefits, decent pay and a strong opportunity to learn how to manage adversity.

Grew through mergers and acquisitions, resulting in disparate cultural and technology issues. Poor training. High degree of burnout making it hard to collaborate to resolve customer issues. Frequent technical outages causing loss of customers. Difficult to advance or move to other areas of the company. Note that this was a few years ago and change happens for the good.
