Middle management is corrupt taking credit for everyone else's work or firing anyone who does not make them look good. Moving up is impossible. They will give you extra duties and have you doing things that are not within your scope, just to cover the last person who was fired. Raises are non-existant in the last 3 years.
Advice to Management
Stop. Evaluate your middle management, now! Hire more people, and keep them by making sure their managers know to help them grow, not throw them to the wolves. And dont treat the whistleblowers as your enemy. They are your red flag!
