Current Employee - CIM in Parsippany, NJ

I have been working at Emergency Medical Associates full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Very flexible work schedule and competitive pay for scribing. Great clinical experience.

    Cons

Workload varies greatly at different hospitals with some much busier than other. Pay does not get much better.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider increasing pay for those working in busier hospitals.
