    I worked at Endplay full-time

    Pros

    nice people, nice location, open office space, flexible schedule, challenging

    Cons

    Lack of company culture. No investment made to employees for successes and effort. No clear direction conveyed to workforce. Leadership is not centralized and their plan/strategy is not well communicated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get a CEO who will be there. Identify a strategy and CLEARLY convey steps to the ENTIRE company on how you will get there. Introduce a culture that makes people happy. The passion of individuals gets sucked dry so quickly, you must do something to spark it. Get a leadership team that can get along, and allow them to to do their jobs as part of the SAME mission. Get a clear sales strategy that actually works. Respect work/life balance.
