    No options for advancement

I have been working at Energy Alloys

    Pros

The people are generally good to work with. Most managers and people that have been there a while are willing to help newcomers in the industry.

    Cons

Plenty of lateral moves, but no options for advancement. Upper management is seriously disconnected from day to day operations.
