I have been working at Engineering & Professional Services, Inc.

    Pros

They provide employment if you really need a job. If you like to travel, you will - about 50% of the time. However, be prepared to front the travel expenses and wait a month to be reimbursed. You will learn how government contractors operate, and gain valuable experience in the pecking order - contractors are on the bottom of the list.

    Cons

Company leaders are unprofessional, uneducated, and totally unskilled in employee management. The employee benefits are laughable- in three years, the company has contributed $317 total to my 401K, and I'm not even vested in it for 5 years. Employees are regularly used, abused, and lied to.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Recognize that the strength of a company lies in its employees - their skills, their knowledge, their willingness to do whatever it takes to accomplish the mission.
