I worked at Enlighten full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    -Good benefits and reasonable salary
    -Flexibility

    Cons

-Extremely cliquey. Not a company culture that welcomes anyone from the outside. You need to fit into their small-minded Ann Arbor point of view or you won't fit in.
    -Close minded.
-Over-thinking at its worst. Everyone would rather spend gobs of money having meeting after meeting and thinking and talking and analyzing and making charts and analyzing the charts ad nauseam than dive in and get things done or view things from a new point of view. Classic "Ann Arbor style" at its finest.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Good luck.
