Current Employee - Assistant Branch Rental Manager  in  Anchorage, AK
Current Employee - Assistant Branch Rental Manager in Anchorage, AK

I have been working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car full-time for more than a year

    Pros

medical benefits were good not the best, company willing to reward you with anything but bonuses, free food, drinks, etc...

    Cons

mandotary over time, 47 hrs a week minimum nive at first but doesn't allow for a life of any kind. only 3% matching 401K with terrible investment options. Donating to United way is optional but if you don't it is notated and good luck getting the branch you want to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Double standards all around, you can't tell employees it is mainly a customer service based company and at the same time inform them you can't be promoted unless they sell at a certain level.
Instead of forcing employees to diners and outings for doing a good job how about a cash bonus. Don't give compensation and rewards that are taxable???
