    I have been working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car

    Pros

    Really good training. Company puts an emphasis on skill development in sales, marketing, managing, etc. Learn how to run a business on the front and back end. great coworkers.

    Cons

    Poor work life balance. Upper management micro manages a lot of things. Told you will work around 49 hours a week, but expect more. Wash cars in dress clothes. Pleasing customers can be a difficult task. Will have to work holidays.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Try not to micromanage irrelevant issues (color of clothing, no radios in office, etc.) Provide more support to lower level employees.
