I worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car full-time for less than a year

    Pros

-May look good in your CV depending on the type of positions you are applying in other companies.
-Can be fun in the branch (depending on how friendly your managers are. Also the friendly customers make a huge impact of your day and numbers).
-Learn about the hard work and moving on to better things in life. ( and a 'blunt' reminder on why you should have gotten a brilliant GPA in college or/and chosen a 'right' degree stream).

    Cons

-Overzealous peers - sometime stealing your sales.
-Minimum wage job (with no compensation or commissions on sales).
-Tiring menial job ( depending on your location, and management).
-Hierarchical Promotion (Too much 'sucking up' to do to be considered for a promotion, and oh yeah...did I mention about BS exams you have give in order to get a promotion).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get a life, please!! And, yes be more appreciative and supportive of your MT's or slave drivers or sales agents or whatever fancy name you give your "university/college" graduates to fool them into this position. Make them more happy by giving them better vehicles to drive to their training, and covering 100% of their travel expenses. And stop exploiting them so much since you were also a MT once. And STOP lying so much about you making less than MT. We all know you get bucket load of commissions off the branch profits.
