Good training program if you want to learn management, sales and customer service. Active job with young adults and recent college graduates to work with. Rewards for meeting high levels of sales include happy hours and company trips/getaways. Compensated with overtime. You get to drive brand new cars around every day at work and get out of the office. Stable job, consistent hours, and upward mobility in the company.

Long hours required every week, at least 50 hours a week plus mandatory company meetings. You are required to sell all of their additional insurance on the rental cars, and don't receive any commission on these sales. Strict company dress code, must where suit and tie to work every day. You will often be outside washing cars when needed.

    Advice to Management

I would advise management to give their employees an option of working only 40 hours a week to help with retention and employee happiness. In addition to this I think it would be smart if employees at Enterprise got a bit more training and help with their inside and outside sales projects. When I was an MT there, I was thrown into doing these projects and didn't receive much help on them even when I asked for it.
