Great training program that you really learn the business from the bottom up and it prepares you to succeed. Also they promote from within so there is room for advancement but at the time there are not many upper management positions so you are stay stagnant at the lower levels while getting paid little for the time you spend working. The people you work with are great and you will become good friends since you will spend so much time together week in and week out.
You work about 50 hours a week and have to wash cars as a management trainee to go along with every other duty that must happen in the branch. Lunch breaks are almost non existent and you will work from 7 am to about 630 monday-friday. You rotate saturdays. The only reason you get paid $31,500 is because you are an hourly employee and since you are working 50+ hours/weekly you get overtime every single week. They also choose not to hire intelligent, well qualified candidates because they are afraid they are going to use their training program as a stepping stone and have no interest in staying with the company long term. As a result you don't get the best employees possible.
