I worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car full-time (more than an year)

Relaxed atmosphere depending on your office, good customer service philosophy, driving the latest and greatest model vehicles, chance for commission.

Ruined work clothes and shoes because you're washing cars in professional dress (and you're always wearing white, so good luck keeping it clean), very low pay for requiring college degree, only promote from within, only successful if you're a good salesman, not much actual training going on to become management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You turn away quality talent because you pay college grads crap wages. I interned for over a year while I was finishing my degree and had no intention of staying on the sales side, and I have years of automotive experience and could have been a valuable asset on the administrative side. Unfortunately your policy stance required me to re-board and test all over again to have the opportunity to be considered for transfer to marketing or any other department other than retail sales. That type of narrow-minded philosophy limits your upside potential to grow your business.

You should consider giving some sort of allowance for clothing for the grunts other than the discounted Macys card at orientation.

And I like the way the company values customers. Very useful mindset moving on to bigger and better things.

    Neutral Outlook
