    Pros

There are none, except maybe some of the people there that care despite poor management.

    Cons

Management and ownership lack vision an customer focus, sales staff is practically non-existent, ill equipped, and poorly trained. Staff is under-valued, under-paid, under-appreciated, and raises almost never happen. Owner(s) think they are doing their customers and employees a huge favor just by existing and take both for granted. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Wake up and start respecting your employees and customers. Return focus to customer service and drop the outsourcing of support to India.
