I have been working at Entropic Communications

    Pros

Highly skilled technical and management teams
Motivated and experienced individuals can make visible impact to team and products
Lots of motivated team members willing to help company succeed

    Cons

No central technical leadership leads to slow/poor decision making
Not a place to be nurtured...only for skilled professionals (could be a pros item)
Constant "important" deadlines mode of work

    Recommends
