    Unrewarding place for a Techie.

Work load is less. Less stress on you. You are not micro managed. Flexible timings. Good work /Life balance.

If you are core Techie this place will disappoint you. The decade old technology and management practices will make sure you are having zero growth in your career. Be ready to stay at the same designation for years (more than 5 years). There is a downside of getting stuck at this company as you will no longer be wanted by other company's.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please start talking with people and try to understand them. Giving public holidays in the country as off days will be good.
