I worked at Environmental Systems Design full-time (More than 3 years)

-There are some really great people working for ESD; there are many incredibly smart and helpful individuals that you can learn a lot from. -Decent benefits and pay. ESD was also generous with office parties/outings, etc. -Lots of younger employees.

-At the time of my departure, many people seemed very unhappy working there, resulting in a negative work environment. There seemed to be lots of complaining and turnover. -Management seemed to dislike/not trust each other, which caused a lot of confusion and tension. You didn't really know who was in charge or to listen to at times. -Favoritism and seniority could be a problem. It didn't seem like it really mattered who was working hard, only if you were on someone's good side or had been there for awhile.

    Advice to Management

Make sure that your issues with one another do not trickle down/affect other employees. Don't let egos get in the way.
