    good benefits, good salary, good referral program, onsite caf,


    Unqualified people without integrity or ethics being promoted to management positions. too much restructuring and layoffs. Management tends to play favors with employees. no ethics when recruiting or terminating employees. little respect towards employees. everything is about billable hours, and it's the only way to qualify for a big bonus at the end of the year. every minute needs to be accounted for and so most times your billing clients inaccurately and management encourages this so they can make their target and get their big year end bonuses too.

    Employees overloaded with work, new employees expected to catch on without proper training.

    Expected to work more than 40 hours a week (close to 50-60 hours) and not paid for overtime. training on topics set outside of normal work hours so that you're giving more hours to the company, which are not billable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    promote qualified people with ethics and integrity to management positions.
    if a team lead or manager is missing for several weeks or months, reconsider how you perform evaluations and who you rely on for information. some employees are jealous and dont like to see newer employees perform better than them.
