From the beginning the sense of 'team and family' came through. Everyone I came in touch with had a 'can do, let's figure it out' attitude. The ability to talk with any of the executives without feeling like you didn't belong was non-existant. You have heard about 'open door' policies from many other companies, but management truly did want to know what was happening both in the office and in the field.
Managers are not micro-managers and allow subordinates to 'free style' to solve problems many times.
Salaries are in-line with like industries. Time-off policies are more than generous. Other benefits are fairly standard for a company of this size.Cons
