    If your passion id GIS - this is the place to be in.
    The people are great.


    Conservative salaries.
    HQ is in Redlands. A small quite conservative town. If you come from a big city or used to the ocean breeze you might not like it here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Company lost it's start-up mentality and is focused on erecting new buildings.
    Promote innovation. Take risks. stop playing catch up and compensate achievers. Restructure.
