I have been working at Esri full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

If your passion id GIS - this is the place to be in.
    The people are great.

    Cons

    Conservative salaries.
HQ is in Redlands. A small quite conservative town. If you come from a big city or used to the ocean breeze you might not like it here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Company lost it's start-up mentality and is focused on erecting new buildings.
Promote innovation. Take risks. stop playing catch up and compensate achievers. Restructure.

    Recommends
