    Pros

Estee Lauder owns a variety of excellent brands. Job is a lot of fun. Meet great people. Great employee discount!

    Cons

Poor salaries! Estee Lauder is not at all competitive in comparison to other cosmetic companies. High expectations with low salaries.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look into what other companies are paying and step it up! Show you appreciate the hard work and efforts of your employees.
