Former Employee - Staff Accountant in Melville, NY
Former Employee - Staff Accountant in Melville, NY

I worked at Estée Lauder Companies full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Good discounts and benefits (medical, 401k). Majority of people are good to work with.

    Cons

Work became boring.Didn't feel like I was challenged. All training i received was on the job. No other type of training was helpful. Terrible vacation, no carryovers and only get additional week after 5 years of service. IT resources and support are non existent. They do not want to help or own up to to the fact that there is a problem with the system and its processes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Challenge employees. Leave the tedious and dirty work to consultants.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
