I have been working at Estes Express full-time (more than an year)

good pay, good oppurunity to advance yourself they pretty much only promote from within the company

no overtime pay until after 55 hours, the rules change so often, they want to write you up for every mistake you make, they dont look at you in a proper way meaning everyone is replaceable to them, when freight slows down hours get cut drastically.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn that we are people out there giving you the best we have, people make mistakes, learn how to talk to your employees put fair people into leadership roles, everyone should be treated equal less cliques rolling around thinkning that they dont have to work because they have "Seniority"

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
