    I have been working at Esurance full-time (Less than a year)


    Flex time when available. Casual dress. Work at available if your numbers are good. 8 hr or 10 hr shifts available. If you're lucky enough to get one of the few awesome supervisors, they'll go to bat for you and try to give you additional (much needed) breathers, but in turn, they get a lot of slack for it. Site manager is AMAZING and always accessible.


    Mundane, repetitive, absolutely no employee pride in brand, low pay compared to other call centers in area. High turnover rate which in turn increases customer hold time and frustration once you get the call.

    Advice to Management

    Find a way to get employees excited about the brand. Do something more for employer appreciation, an employee game day or picnic, or something!
