In each program trying to enter 1-2 advanced professional and 15 assistants. As a result, if the professional is not so professional, or cases of emergency work, or simply disease - all work fully stops. No one is responsible for anything, grantees months can not get answers to their questions, may not submit reports, can't register their grant applications. Advice to ManagementAdvice

Poor management, improper personnel policy: few professionals, many interns and assistants. As a result, the professional has no with whom to work, the Intern has no anyone to learn him.
To increase the number of professionals at least 5-6 for each project, to reduce the number of assistants to 1 for every professional.
