Most people are nice and that matters a lot but still it does not hide how the company really is. Good for interns as you may learn a lot but be prepared to work hard and learn quickly. They have a culture to throw you at the deep end right away (this applies to everyone not just interns) and see if you swim or sink. This urgency is probably driven by the need to get everything done now.

Long hours and stressful. Actions seem to be driven by short-term needs. Poor communication from the management level. Poor systems to work with. Very money-focused.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Show a little care to your staff and demonstrate you actually have some long term goals may bring surprisingly positive benefits to the company and your wallet.
