Nice peers who care about your wellbeing. I can not think of twenty words to make up the minimum. Nice office location?

The organisation is reactive rather than proactive. Lack of goals and strategy communicated to the staff. No vision for the future. Complete lack of communication about the competition. Appalling on boarding process and IT support. Outdated technology not fit for purpose. Lack of trust. Kitchens like broom cupboards. Air conditioning in the office was defective and company was powerless to fix it. Meeting rooms inadequate. Major performance indicator was how quickly you could respond to the latest crisis by email rather than how you contributed to any company goals. Lack of mutual respect among colleagues. I had a lot of advice warning me off various people in the company. In one meeting a colleague ended up providing feedback to a colleague by doing impressions of them. The colleague seemed offended but no one was shocked.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Understand the frustrations faced by the staff when it comes to systems infrastructure. Improve the onboarding process. Embrace an open culture.
