You get a Phone, and Managers who know the bus schedule and are great at Charlie 123's. There are meetings where you can tell them your trouble areas. They will give you time off when they have no work.
It is a soul sucking company with no remorse for its mistakes. They have plenty to say when things don't go right, but if you ask for help ahead of time you might as well be yelling at an atom bomb. Being Furloughed and still being asked to perform the same job despite having 8 hours less was better than getting written up for not being available Saturday at 7:00pm despite having already worked 60+ hours that week. This company uses people like Toilet Paper, and when events don't go as "sold" they aren't afraid to flush. They will promise the world, and give you a picture of Pluto.
Advice to Management
Internal Review of Services and Internal Revenue Service are things you should handle better than you have.
