    Pros

    Beautiful surroundings with all the wonderful item to purchase. Christmas is a big event with lots of ornaments to choose from.

    Cons

    Manager played favorites - did not work well with the public. Moody.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire great people and treat and pay them well - they will in turn work harder and be happier. Put everyone on an equal playing field.
