The pros were years ago when the father ran the business. Wonderful co-workers at the branch level.
The owners are so out of touch with reality. What made this company grow was it's family "feel" and customer service. Customer service is no longer managements priority. It's all about numbers now. The corporate office pushes "projects" onto the branches that do absolutely NOTHING to improve daily operations. Corporate management is full of arrogant "know it alls"
Advice to Management
This was a great company long ago. You have people that dedicate most of their life to their job. Treat them with respect and LISTEN !!!!!!!!!! You might be amazed by what YOU can learn from your employees.
