I worked at Exclusive Resorts LLC full-time (More than a year)
Some what flexible dress code, with a decent work/ life balance (hours worked per week), convenient downtown location, and decent travel opportunities. Good health care benefit with a partially paid gym membership to CAC Tabor center. Colleagues are all great people.
Not what it used to be... Pay is not up to industry standard for account managers that manage the amount of dollars required by the company. There are no raises YoY to compensate for inflation, and the bonus structure is weak and unpredictable regardless of performance. There has been a high turnover rate due to the lack of raises and the company will hire in new employees at a higher rate than those who have been loyal and productive, thus causing dissension with in the department. The company preaches they value a work life balance, but really they increase workloads and expect you to finish in the same amount of time. There is also no room for advancement or possibilities to move laterally within the company, and those that do move up are "friends with the right people". Direct managers tend to micromanage, and do not trust employees to get their work completed.
Advice to Management
Mr. Bourguignon is no longer the CEO, and has passed those duties on to Cathy Ross. She is a good forward thinking CEO, but i feel has been handed a sinking ship. A recent website change, and conversations between management and clients eludes to a certain amount of deception on the part of management to portray the company in a better light.
