I worked at Executive Office of the President as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Most of the employees care about the administration, fun perks such as tours especially during the holidays. Time off, federal holidays and inclement weather

    Cons

Leadership and management can be bureaucratic. Many employees complain about upper management but are not heard I don't understand how people can just come in and change things over night. Trust your employees don't add extra layers to simple task.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Leadership in certain departments (OA-HR)
    Did not experience work-life balance

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
