    Small lab with high turnaround. Gained knowledge but soon you find there's nowhere to go. Stepping stone company where only few employees are taken care of.

    Pros

    Interesting work comes in from various places.

    Cons

    No perks, no bonuses, and hard work is not well compensated. Bad company culture where you feel you have to watch your back because when something goes wrong, fingers get pointed rather than putting effort into resolution. Clients are placed way above employees to the point where safety isn't as important as results. Raises were insulting.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Reward employees properly. Don't throw them under the bus. Take concerns and complaints more seriously. Especially those concerning safety and harassment. Zero tolerance is not a suggestion.
