I have been working at Expeditors full-time (more than 10 years)

The benefits are great, pay is fine, very nice/smart people to work with. IT issues are solved very quickly.

Things are constantly changing just when you might feel comfortable that you know what you're doing. Workloads can be quite ridiculous. They expect you to always have a "can do" attitude, which is generally a good thing, but I think they ask too much of people. It is almost like a cult sometimes, and that is wrong.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire enough people to do the work. Simplify the work that new hires do so that they do not feel so tentative.
Be more human. This is not a calling, it's a job, and there is nothing heroic about working until you feel you will collapse.
