    I worked at Experian Marketing Services full-time (more than 8 years)


    Good employee culture with smart people, lots of perks with breakfasts, internal and external training, and good vacation policy. Bright future for the company if it's managed effectively. Plan seems good if it can be executed correctly.


    Lack of clear direction from management and changing priorities. Bureaucracy strangles innovation and slow moving product updates frustrate employees and clients alike. Many changes over the past year have caused a lot of turnover.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Provide clear goals and company plans. Get rid of road blocks and let employees drive innovation. Stop using people to fix the problem and invest in infrastructure and better technology.
