I have been working at Experis

Pay is decent for what it is
    Great co-workers

    Ineffective training
    Lots of micromanagement
    No overtime

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do a better job negotiation your SLAs. You can boost morale by allowing overtime instead of trying to squeeze a 60 hours worth of work into a 40-hour work week. Manage the caseload/assigning better. Or just hire more people to lessen the stress that EVERYONE is feeling.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
