    I worked at Experis as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

    Very professional. Great benefits, timesheet tracking, on boarding presentation. Excellent ongoing support to help ensure quality delivers are consistent, although I brought my own M&A unique methodology that worked well for a large, multi-company merger. Super people.

    Cons

    Need to provide better feedback and follow up when submitting to new clients. When someone invests the time to pursue professional opportunities you don't want to be left hanging wondering where the process stalled out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You would get internal recommendations to help grow the business if you would just provide follow up and keep in touch more often.
