I have been working at Experis full-time for more than 3 years

I have one Account Manager that actually cared about me. Then, they left the company and I felt forgotten :(

When my Account Manager left the company, my new Account Manager never took the time to introduce themselves to me. They had no problem making meetings with the client, just not me. The benefits are weak.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep those monthly coffee meetings as a priority. They always get canceled at the last minute. Include vacation and sick days in your benefits. Plus, if the client is closed on a holiday, we should get paid too. For example: the client is closed the day after Thanksgiving, so I can not work. But, I don't get paid for it because it's not an Experis holiday.
