    I have been working at Extreme Networks


    Flexible work hours and attire.


    The bonus plan hasnt achieved payout to employees in years. Small to non existant raises. Layoffs and compressed schedules and continued expectations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Develop a bonus plan for non sales that tries to pay out. A bonus plan that never pays is not a benefit. Share the wealth. Instead of just compensating execs with mega options/RSUs, try to push some down to the troops and value creaters.
