    I worked at F&P America full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Decent pay and benefits once hired on. They have plenty of options for regular employees to provide for a better quality of life In-house cafeteria that is opened for all shifts and provides a variety of meal options.

    Cons

    Temporary workers treated different than hired in employees. Lack of communication between employees and supervisors. Training of new employees is almost non-exist. It is more of a watch me than do it type of atmosphere without a clear explanation of what is expected.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    They need to implement a more comprehensive training program that lets new employees a chance to blossom with less frustration. Implement better communication between Supervisors, leads, and employees.
