The only changes in this organization are for the worse. The use of technology is behind every other organization I have ever worked for and IT support is weak. The "leadership" is anything but and they are out for themselves. The family-work balance is terrible. If you are an innovator with any initiative what-so-ever they will squash it slowly but surely. You will learn to keep your head down and not ever try to go above and beyond or one of two things will happen. 1. you will get into trouble. 2 you will do well but your boss will take all credit.
Advice to Management
Nearly every single manager should be terminated and start all over. There is no management training and the way management is tracked only attracts those that are not good at what the organization exists to do in the first place, investigations. The processes are stifling and the technology used is behind the times.
