    Pros

Not many. This firm is in a declining portion of Wall Street and they don't pay their people well.

    Cons

Management will work you into the ground and then not pay you. They have had many employee compensation lawsuits, just look it up. It is terrible working with people who habitually lie in order to make their profit forecasts. Further, upper management really only pays themselves and everyone else gets paid low-class or middle-class wages at best, despite being in a supposedly lucrative industry. Management needs to learn how to share.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop lying, stop stealing, stop messing with your employees lives.
