    I worked at FBR full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Free lunch on the 25th of every month

    Cons

    Everything else. Expensive healthcare, Lack of upward mobility. Management promotions because of tenure. Low compensation and no bonus.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Form committees and speak to employee. Happy employees are productive employees. Increase compensation many employees would like to have a career with the firm but the unbelievably low compensation forms a roadblock.
