I worked at FOX Broadcasting full-time (More than 5 years)

If you want to learn and try something new FBC is the place where they will foster learning, however if you take on new tasks you won't get paid more. Fox allows you to step it up and puts your work ethic to the test. If you want to get promoted then you better be ready to step it up. Promotions come with taking on more responsibility not based on merit alone. The environment fosters collaboration and if you speak up then your opinions can be heard. You make your own upward mobility by being vocal about what you want and the promotion you want. People at FOX really care about their work and will be working as hard as you do.

Pay is lower than other broadcast and cable networks. When you get to the higher levels it is very hard to get promoted past a Director title. Managements changes in and out every 1-3 years so you are constantly trying to prove yourself.
