I worked at FUJIFILM North America full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Tuition Reimbursement, The company had a great and friendly culture. Started perusing green policy's. Opportunities for training on many company sponsored events.

    Cons

The company outsourced 95% of its photo service and support to a company called CES (which is a terrible place to work!!) They outsourced their phone support, parts, warehouse, and other operations tasks. Was a good place to work, not so much now from what I heard from current employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
